In find-clients.md: every weekday surface 3 ICP matches (AI operators selling systems, not free-tool scavengers) with profile URL + one proof of fit. In pitch.md: turn each into a short outbound note (what you noticed + one offer + clear next step). Cap at Daily 3 (~60 pitches/month rhythm). Paste the Find Clients stub from the code block and run it once before lunch.

Content + Edit: calendar out, cuts on a deskCreate
In content.md: weekly calendar of statics/Reels with hook + keyword CTA locked before pixels. In edit.md: one AI edit desk brief (transcript in, B-roll place, captions, export naming). Ban income claims in hooks. Use DOSSIER for engine/DIGEST Reels when you ship listicles. Fill both stubs from the code block and produce one package folder for tomorrow's post.

DMs + Analytics: keyword arms and a Friday scoreboardGrow
In dms.md: every value post gets keyword → guide DM buttons (Get the Playbook + Get Your First Agent) + 20h follow-up. In analytics.md: Friday pull saves, comment keywords, DM clicks, and which creative theme won. No vanity-only reports. Wire yesterday's keyword into dms.md using the AGENTS example in the code block.

Ops closes the loop so it never clocks outOps
In ops.md: weekly checklist — what shipped, what armed, what broke, next week's research input. Ops hands a one-page brief back to find-clients + content every Monday. Install the CLAUDE.md skeleton below in your project root, check all seven files exist, then schedule ops for Friday 5pm local. The OS is live when ops runs without you remembering.
