Film One Short Video
Record a 2-minute clip of yourself talking to camera — phone is fine, just good light and clean audio. Upload it to HeyGen and its Avatar V engine learns how you talk, gesture and move. That one clip becomes an avatar you can reuse forever.

Clone Your Voice
Upload the same clip's audio to ElevenLabs and create a voice clone. Now any script you type comes back as YOU speaking it — with word-level timestamps, which is what makes automatic captions and cut-on-word editing possible.
03The system
Let The Agent Assemble It
An agent (I use Claude Code) writes the script, generates the voiceover, sends it to your avatar, overlays titles and captions, and hands the finished reel to Zernio to post and run the comment-to-DM automation. You approve; the system ships.
The pipeline, one command each
$ node vo.mjs # script → your cloned voice + word timings
$ node heygen.mjs # voice → your Avatar V lip-synced video
$ ./composite.sh # titles + captions + SFX → finished reel
