Most people type into Claude and copy the answer out. I gave it a folder, a schedule and permission to run. Now six agents research, post, reply to DMs and follow up while I sleep. This is the exact setup, step by step.

01Step 1
Give Claude a folder, not a chat window
Make one folder per business. Inside it a CLAUDE.md: who you are, who you sell to, your voice, your hard rules. Open Claude Code in that folder and it reads the file every single time. That is the difference between an assistant you re-brief daily and staff that already knows the business.
02Step 2
One agent, one job
Do not ask one chat to "do marketing". Split it: a research agent, a script agent, a publish agent, a DM agent, a follow-up agent and a weekly report agent. Each gets a 20-line brief in its own file. Small jobs, done well, on repeat.
03Step 3
Put them on a clock
An agent you trigger by hand is still a chatbot. Use Claude Code scheduled tasks: research at 7am, drafts by 8, publishing in your audience's prime hours, follow-ups 20 hours after every comment. You check the output, not the process.
04Step 4
Guard rails before volume
The first thing an autonomous agent does at scale is repeat a mistake at scale. Three gates: a blocklist of claims it may never make, a dry-run mode you read before anything goes live, and a daily log you skim in five minutes. Then, and only then, let it run.
05Step 5
Wire the loop
Research → script → visual → publish → comment-to-DM → 20h follow-up → Sunday review. Seven steps, six agents, one folder. The post that brought you here was drafted by this system and edited by me in ten minutes.
