The full agent loop: Claude finds local businesses on Google Maps with outdated websites, rebuilds each site from a template, ships a Vercel preview, finds their contact form and sends a personal message, in your own language. Copy-paste prompts for every step.
Pick one niche in one city, then let Claude search Google Maps for businesses with strong reviews and weak websites. Good reviews mean the business is real and busy. An old, slow or broken site means there is an obvious upgrade to show them. Use Claude with web access (or a Maps/places tool or MCP if you have one) and keep the list short: 10 good leads beat 200 random ones.
Copy · paste · step 01
Search Google Maps for [niche, e.g. dentists] in [city]. Give me 10 businesses that have: - rating 4.5+ and 50+ reviews - a website that looks outdated, slow, not mobile friendly, or broken
For each one return a table row: name | Maps link | rating | review count | website URL | what is wrong with the site (one line) | language the site is in
Skip chains and franchises. Only list a business if you actually opened its site.

Rebuild from a template
Do not ask Claude to design every site from zero. Give it one good template and let it fill in the business. A fixed template uses far fewer tokens, builds faster and keeps quality steady. Claude pulls the real name, services, opening hours, address, phone and best reviews from the old site and the Maps listing, then drops them into your template.
Copy · paste · step 02
You are rebuilding a website for a local business. Use the template in ./template as the base. Keep its layout, styles and components.
Business: [name] Old site: [URL] Maps listing: [link]
1. Read the old site and the Maps listing. 2. Fill the template with their real name, services, hours, address, phone and 3 of their best real reviews (quote exactly). 3. Write all copy in [language]. 4. Never invent prices, awards or claims. If something is missing, leave it out. 5. Save it to ./sites/[business-slug]/

Ship it to a Vercel preview
Deploy each rebuilt site to its own Vercel preview link so the owner can open it on their phone in one tap. A preview deploy (no --prod, no custom domain) is enough: it is a real live link, and you only move it to their domain if they say yes. Claude can run the Vercel CLI for you from the site folder.
Copy · paste · step 03
In ./sites/[business-slug]/ run: npx vercel deploy --yes
(preview only, do NOT use --prod)
Then open the preview URL, check it on a mobile-sized viewport, and fix anything that looks broken. Reply with only the final preview URL.

Find their contact form
Go back to the business's current site and find how they want to be contacted: the contact form first, then the email on the page. A form on their own site lands with the person who reads enquiries, not in a spam folder. Have Claude list the form URL and the fields, and draft the message to fit. Send by hand or check every message before it goes out.
Copy · paste · step 04
Open [old site URL]. Find the contact form (or contact page). Return: - the exact URL of the form - the fields it asks for - any email address shown on the site
Do not submit anything. Just report what you found.

Send a personal message
Every message is written for that one business: what you noticed about their old site, what is better in the new one, and the link. Short, friendly, no pressure. Lead with something real from their reviews or their site so it is clearly not a mass blast. Ask one easy question at the end.
Copy · paste · step 05
Write a short message (max 90 words) to [business name] for their contact form. Language: [language].
Include: - one specific thing from their reviews or site (show I actually looked) - one problem with the current site - that I rebuilt it as a free preview: [preview URL] - one easy question: would you like it live on your domain?
Friendly, plain, no hype, no prices.

Run it in your own language
Run the whole loop in your own language and your local market. Most people copying this workflow run it in English on big US cities, so local businesses there get flooded. A dentist in Bratislava, Brno or Graz gets almost none of these messages, and a message in their own language from someone nearby lands better. Change [city] and [language] in the prompts above and you have your own market.
Copy · paste · step 06
Run the full loop for me, one business at a time, in [language] for [city]:
1. Find 10 [niche] on Google Maps (step 1) 2. Rebuild the best 3 from ./template (step 2) 3. Deploy each to a Vercel preview (step 3) 4. Find each contact form (step 4) 5. Draft each message (step 5)
Stop before sending anything. Show me a table: business | preview URL | form URL | message draft, so I can review and send.
