Twelve lessons that map a full Creative OS — brand, hooks, carousels, reels, QC, funnels, MCP, and the weekly loop — so you stop collecting random tips and start installing a system.
Start at lesson 01 — lock Brand MD before any output
Open the library in order. Lesson 01 Brand MD / voice lock is the gate — not hooks, not reels. Create brand.md in the project root: voice (3 rules), palette (hex), type, logo quiet zone, and a Never list (income claims, price in hooks, type on faces). Paste the curriculum checklist below into CLAUDE.md and check off 01 only when brand.md exists. That is the 30-minute start. Do not open lesson 02 until you can point Claude at a real brand.md.

02Carousel
Ship one carousel from lessons 02–03 + 05
Use the library as a build path, not a watchlist. Run 02 Hook writer → one gap hook (save it). Run 03 Carousel OS → 7–9 slides: hook → teach → keyword CTA. Pull 05 Thumbnail pack for the cover: 4:5, one idea, face-safe quiet edge. Output folder: package/YYYY-MM-DD/ with hook.txt, slides outline, thumb notes. One carousel shipped this week beats twelve lessons bookmarked. Skip 04 Engine-reel and 06 Camera until that carousel exists on disk.

03Keyword
Arm one keyword — caption, DM, 20h follow-up
Lesson 08 Caption / SEO chips + the funnel beat in 09 Skool entry turn a post into a loop. Before you publish: pick the exact comment word (LIBRARY for this map), write the caption (gap → value → Comment KEYWORD), set the DM to this guide URL, and schedule a +20h follow-up. Save keyword.json next to the package. Arming after the post is live is how DMs miss the guide — do this before Zernio.
Lesson 10 MCP connectors is not "connect everything." Connect higgsfield (on-brand frames) + zernio (post + arm) first so create → publish is real. Then run lesson 07 QC agent as a gate: FAIL on text-on-face, plastic skin, off-palette, missing keyword in caption, no quiet edge. No publish handoff on FAIL. Lessons 04 Engine-reel and 06 Camera system wait until this MCP+QC path has shipped one static or carousel clean.

05Ops
Close the week — analytics + Sunday ops ritual
Lessons 11 Analytics loop and 12 Weekly publish ritual keep the library from becoming another saved post. Sunday (or Friday): 5-line ops note — what shipped, which keyword converted, what failed QC, next week's one lesson to deepen, next research topic. Feed that note into Monday research. Mark 11–12 done in CLAUDE.md only when the ops file exists and next week's calendar row is written. The library is installed when the week loops — not when all twelve boxes are ticked in one sitting.
