01Skills

Install the skills column first

Eight files in the project, not eight chats. Create a skills/ folder and add: brand.md (voice, palette, logo rules), carousel (hook → teach → keyword), reel-anatomy (VO-locked overlays), qc-gate (face-safe brand check), caption-pack (gap hook → CTA → save), keyword-arm (comment → DM → follow-up), thumbnail (4:5, one idea), ugc-brief (directed, not vibe). Paste the CLAUDE.md skeleton below, then fill brand.md with your actual colors and bans. That is the 30-minute start — do not skip to agents until brand.md exists.

02Agents

Stand up agents with one job each

Eight agents, eight briefs, none of them "do marketing". Make agents/ with: research (trends + teardowns), script (hook / body / CTA), create (image / reel factory), qc (reject plastic frames), publish (IG + FB via Zernio), grow (funnels + sequences), ops (weekly report triage), client (pitch + deliver). Each file is 20 lines: job, input, output path, what it must never do. Copy the agent stub in the code block eight times and change the job line.

03MCP

Connect the MCP that actually ships

Skills without connectors are a style guide. Add the eight MCP: higgsfield (GPT Image on brand), zernio (post + arm everywhere), skool (community OS entry), elevenlabs (avatar reel VO), heygen (avatar pipeline), apify (competitor scrapes), guides (guides.aicreativeos.com), ffmpeg (final composites). You do not need all eight today. Connect higgsfield + zernio first so create → publish is a real loop. The rest wait until that loop has shipped once.

04Clock

Put the agents on a clock

An agent you trigger by hand is still a chatbot. Schedule: research in the morning, create next, QC before anything public, publish in your audience's hours, follow-up 20 hours after every keyword comment. Use Claude Code scheduled tasks (or cron) so the clock owns the sequence. You read the log. You do not babysit the run.

05Loop

Wire the loop: research → create → QC → publish → keyword DM → 20h follow-up

This is the system, not the stack. research drops a teardown into a folder. script writes hook/body/CTA. create builds the image/reel from the ugc-brief + brand.md. qc rejects plastic, covered faces, off-palette. publish posts via Zernio and arms the keyword. grow DMs the guide, then follows up 20 hours later. ops files the weekly report. If any arrow is a human copy-paste, that agent is not installed yet — fix that arrow before you add more tools.
