In every build. Lose one and it still runs, worse.Kling. Best image to video out there. Real weight, hands that stay hands. ElevenLabs. Cloned my voice once. Now the videos I never filmed still sound like me. Topaz. This is the pass that makes AI footage stop looking like AI footage. Veo. The only one that generates sound with the picture. That saves a whole pass.

Great. I reach for them less.Higgsfield. Best camera moves anywhere, and the good models are locked behind the top plan. HeyGen. Avatars that work, until someone watches the mouth for six seconds. Sora. Makes the prettiest shot on the board and the least like what I asked for. Runway. Brilliant toolset, priced like a studio, half of it I now script for free. Suno. Custom beds in thirty seconds and nothing to copyright strike.

Works, and costs me time or money I do not need to spend.CapCut. Nothing wrong with it. It is just you, dragging clips, forever. Opus Clip. Finds the moment fine, then hands you everyone else's captions. Descript. Perfect for a podcast. Wrong shape entirely for fifteen seconds. Midjourney. Most beautiful images on earth, hardest to bend to a brief.

Replaced by something already on this board.Freepik AI. It resells the models you already have a key for, with a markup and a queue. Luma. It was the one a year ago. Kling does the same job better now. Magnific. Was the upscaler everyone paid for. Topaz through fal does it for cents.

1. Can it run without me? (scriptable or an API, no human in a UI) 2. Does it hold identity? (same face, same brand, shot to shot) 3. What does one output cost? (per render beats per month) 4. Does it survive QC? (full screen, no squinting)
4 = S. 3 = A. 2 = B. 1 = C. 0 = D. Tie-break: if it vanished tomorrow, would my pipeline still run? If no, push it up a tier. If I would not notice, push it down.
Then tell me the one tool I am paying a subscription for that I could call per render instead, and what that would cost me at my volume.
